Positives 1. Chose the target audience well as because this type of film would attract this audience the most. 2. Good use of characters (theres not to many therefore not giving to much away) 3. Props that was mentioned relates to this scene well.
Negatives 1. Which gender is this trailer mostly aimed at? 2. does the antagonist die? what happens at the end?
positives 1. The scenes talked about will be easy to film with a minimal budget. 2. A good use of stock situations such as running an falling/ getting tackled. 3.A good use of icons in like the dagger.
Negatives 1.The main gender of the target audience is not mentioned 2. What is the Certification?

postitves: choosing your target audience to be teenagers was a good choice. teens are always going to enjoy the big money shots of the film more than the actual plot most likely, more than older age groups will. teens can relate to the characters.
male vs female, theres the involvement of gender roles which will be an advantageous advantage as it quite literally builds connotations within the audiences minds from the start with the male being more physically powerful than the female. technically you've got the dominant male power role of the antagonist and the weak inferior female role of the girl.
You've included a common stereotype with the female having time to make a hasty head start from the killer and yet the killer, even with the impact that the counterattack should have made upon him, catches up.
negatives: the typical role of the female vs the male is a little played out, although this can be made less stereotypical if theres some kind of plot twist in the trailer where perhaps the killer is more than just the probable typical damaged man. and perhaps turns out to be a little more important to the story than just the imminent threat.
You included the fact that there will be a girly sleepover, yet didn't explain the key elements that can be involved in this sleepover(if it is to be included in the trailer) i.e. is the male gaze involved, will the girls be ever so slightly sexual and objectified. will they be drinking and smoking to demonstrate the rebelliousness of teens etc.
